Saturday 16th of November
‘The big switch on’
- A festive family focused event in the heart of the town where the community come together as one. The annual Christmas Lights switch on always heralds the start of the festive season….and Saturday the 16th of November will see our Christmas Parade start at the Parish Church, Come and see Santa’s and his helpers make their way down through the town while being led by our New Ross and District Pipe band before arriving at switch on destination – The Tholsel!

‘Santa’s Wonderland Experience 2019’
- The Santa Wonderland Experience returns to Dunbrody Famine Ship Experience from the 30th of November to the 23rd of December. Come along and meet Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves Honeycomb & Peppermint.*Bookings for Santa’s Wonderland Experience 2019 can be made HERE
Sunday 1st of December
‘Santa cruise on the barrow’
- Santa and Mrs. Claus, accompanied by their elves, will be cruising up the River Barrow and the madness begins once they arrive New Ross Boat Club in Rosbercon…where there will be photos, music, entertainment and selection boxes for the little ones.

‘Whitechurch christmas tractors of New Ross’
- The festive light show, a parade that incorporates tractors, machinery and even more lights, festive fun with a great atmosphere about the town!!
