New Ross just grew its eatery population by one more as two brothers are opening up shop in South Street.
Having recently moved to Waterford from the UK Joe and his brother Sam went on the hunt for potential premises close by….and luckily for New Ross they found just what they required in town
– The location (up until last year) had been run as a café for quite some time however, NEW owners Joe and his brother Sam wanted to make their own mark on the place with a modern style fit-out, but it also needed a new name that suited the personality they wanted to inject into the place…..and so, Ella’s Deli and Take out was born (Named after Joe’s daughter).
Despite the obvious and very challenging obstacles of setting up a new venture (cost of living) The brothers can call upon years of industry experience having both been in the hospitality business a long time, and bring a lot of experience with them. Joe has always worked front of house, while Sam comes with an impressive cooking CV from Scotland.
They aim to keep their menu impactful yet simple, there are lots of freshly baked goods, such as pies, sausage rolls, scones, donuts, croissants, quiches, and that kind of thing, but the pièce de résistance are their specialty pizzas.
The very best of luck to Joe, Sam and team with the venture, great to see another new business choosing New Ross as the town to invest into!
