5A small family business based in Clonroche for more than three decades, growing from small seeds to becoming a well-known brand in its niche. Beechdale Garden Centre began trading 34 years ago in 1990 under the stewardship of Keith Rothwell and his wife Janet…..more recently, their son Andrew has joined the family business!
Initially, the couple focused on growing mushrooms for several years before deciding to branch out and establish their garden centre. Keith’s upbringing on the farm surrounding the centre served as a solid foundation for the couple’s horticultural pursuits.
– The duo’s vision was clear; ‘To provide customers with a range of plants that catered to various tastes and preferences.
Staying true to that, the garden centre has grown into a horticultural haven, and now boasts an incredible range.
