About

Gralinn Opens in New Ross!
Big news for foodies—Gralinn has officially opened its doors this morning in the former Katy Pats building (and more recently Byrne’s Opticians) on the Quay in New Ross!

Dublin’s loss has been Wexford’s gain ever since Dee Kelly and her partner Matteo Grescti traded the fast-paced capital for the sunny southeast. Starting with their first @GralinnCafe in Fethard-on-Sea back in summer 2020. Then came Lumi, their artisan bakery in Duncannon, in November 2021. Now, they’re bringing their exceptional baked goods and patisserie to New Ross, and trust us, this is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth.

People travel from all over Ireland to get a taste of their cakes and pastries, which are as stunning to look at as they are delicious. Inside, Neutral, warm and welcoming colours with friendly (familiar faces) team are serving happy customers in a queue that keeps moving thanks to plenty of cheerful banter. There was a display of irresistible home-baked treats you won’t be able to walk past the building without grabbing something (including the irresistible Roastedbrown coffee)
Gralinn’s New Ross location is set for big things….Stop by and see what all the buzz is about!
