Helena, Amanda, and Heather are opening their brand-new spot, The wellness room , over in Marshmeadows – It’s like they’ve taken all their 25 years of know-how in wellness and squished it into one blissful room – Anyone looking to feel better, inside and out, can find something special. They’ve got this huge menu of treatments – everything from chill-out massages and zen acupuncture sessions, to those super soothing sound baths and even face massages that will make you feel like you’re floating.

In this newly fitted-out space they’ve brought all of their experiences together and are utilising them within The Wellness Room. By using textiles, lighting, aromas, oils, specific ornaments like buddas , crystals, artwork to bring a comforting sensation to the clientele. The three ladies have made sure there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to unwind, get some relief from pain, or just find a new way to look after yourself.
